Summer is now officially half over. *sob* Who wants to go back to working 6 days a week 10 hours a day? Not me!
My car was in a minor accident last winter when another car side-swiped me. Somehow that screwed up the electrical system which has gotten gradually worse ever since. Neither 3 repair shops nor a car dealer can fix the problem, so I guess that after 10 years and 140,000 miles it is time to trade my car in for a new one. Granted that my car had absolutely no features at all (no power anything, including windows, no cd player, air-conditioning which did not work well at all), it was still my car and I hate to see it go. Of course, that sadness will only last until the day I bring a new car home.
Currently listening. Simon and Garfunkel were one of my favorite rock groups ever, and I have everything they ever recorded. I have a lot less of Paul Simon’s solo recordings which, while not on the level of S&G, was still a lot of very good stuff. The Paul Simon Collection is a good cross-section of his best material.

Sorry to hear about your car! But new cars are so exciting! You get that new car smell, which I absolutely love! What kind of car are you looking for? I highly suggest Hyundais! they have a fantastic warranty, and they are pretty low on the cost side. I have had two hyundais and I have not had a problem with either one!
