We normally do not get many trick-or-treaters on Halloween because we live on the end of a cul-de-sac which is a bit out of the way for walkers. But since it was raining all day yesterday, we had a total of 2 kids come to our door. If I had realized they were the only ones coming, I would have given them a lot more than a single bag of pretzels each!

I have been compiling my Christmas wish list to give to my immediate family and also to whoever draws my name in our annual grab-bag which is participated in each year by my brothers and their families. It contains a lot of cds (by the Foo Fighters, Chris de Burgh, John Hiatt, Willie Nile, John Hiatt) and DVDs (SF, Vincent Price and Alfred Hitchcock). Now I’d better start thinking about buying for other people as well, haha.

My son Andy has become a distributor for Reliv nutrition drinks, and he, Jean and I have begun using it twice a day. I’ll let you know if there are any improvements in our overall health; if so, you know I will be encouraging other people to join us in the endeavor. ☺
