More random comments...

Books were a big factor in developing who I am as a person, and they saved me from a lot of emotional stress growing up. I wonder if they will be able to do the same for me when I retire? I have no doubt I will need them at that time.

One of my students told me today that he saw a comment by one of my former students at the Amazon.com page for my first book. I was so thrilled when I went there and saw it was Lauren praising me as a math teacher, hehe.

Today were the primary debates at school, and I was proud of my students for doing so well. Much as I dislike the disruption to my classes, I have to admit that they did a good job (probably better than the real candidate, in at least one instance!).
