I don’t understand why the Republicans in Iowa gave the most caucus votes to Mike Huckabee. He is the candidate who during one of the debates raised his hand when the moderator asked, “Who here does not believe in evolution?” After eight years of an anti-education president, can the country survive another similar dimwit? If he does get nominated, what does that say about the voters in this country?

The Democratic winner was Barack Obama who has no obvious negatives except his relative inexperience. However, already there have been some racist comments made regarding his chances of becoming president. *sigh*

It is very frustrating that the country with the highest standard of living in the world is primarily anti-education and dominated by narrow self-interests.
