All right already! Enough cold weather and storms, I can’t wait to get to Spring already! Of course, since it was bright and sunny yesterday on Groundhog Day, superstitious pundits are proclaiming another 6 weeks of winter! Now, does anybody reading this blog really believe that a furry little critter can actually predict the long-range weather? Hmm, thinking about it, the success rate of groundhogs probably cannot be much worse than that of professional weather forecasters, who are about as successful as most baseball players earning several million dollars! ☺

Speaking of Groundhog Day, if you have never seen that absolutely wonderful little movie starring Bill Murray, I recommend you do so. It is one of his best roles ever, if not his best, and a funny movie with a real message and no computerized special effects. What more could you possibly ask for in a film?
