I expected to get lots of writing done now that we’re back from vacation, but so far this week I have not done any! I do spend a lot of time on the computer, but the first two days I was going through all the mail and email I had accumulated while on vacation. Since then I have been finishing the July issue of VoP, which is writing, but not book writing.

We’ve done lots of other things as well. Monday we went to Pizza Hut for Andy’s 27th birthday, after which we went to the pool. Yesterday we drove to Barnaget to visit Stephen & Doreen and David & Karen who are spending the week at their shore houses, then we all went to dinner. It was another seafood dinner, but actually a good one. I ordered 2 flounder stuffed with crabmeat and Jean ordered 2 crabcakes, then we exchanged one each.

Currently reading: I have finished 4 science fiction books this summer, so it’s time to read a historical fiction, and one of the classics: Sir Walter Scott’s Ivanhoe. This was actually recommended to me by Pooja, so I have high hopes for it!
