A relatively busy day today. While Jean and Kathy are spending the morning walking the trail at Schooley Mountain State Park which they maintain for the Morris County Park Commission, and Andy goes to his weekly meeting for Reliv distributors, I will be home alone with Jean's aunt Ceil who arrived by plane Thursday for a two-week Thanksgiving visit. She’ll likely spend the time reading a book, while I write AP Calculus and Honors Algebra 2 tests, as well as work on recommendations. So far I have been asked to write for 8 students, which is a relatively light amount for me.
This afternoon Jean and I will take Ceil to mass, then we are planning to go to supper and shopping at Shop-Rite. Tonight I hope to begin reading Beyond the Blue Event Horizon, the second book in Frederik Pohl’s Heechee trilogy. If it is half as good as its predecessor Gateway, it will be a fun reading experience.
