I am so envious of Sneha whose family is in London and Paris this week. I visited London 25 years ago and liked it a lot, but I’ve never been to Paris. The chance to visit so much history and absorb so much culture is one of the joys of visiting historical cities like Paris, London or Rome. Sneha has the same feeling there that I had when in Europe that the European lifestyle and culture leaves America far behind in many ways. I mentioned to Jean awhile ago that we should retire and move to Italy. She thought I was joking. ☺

I have enjoyed Paperback Swap so much that I joined its companion website Swap A CD, and I have already ordered my free cd for joining (Chris De Burgh’s Into the Light), and mailed 5 others out. These are fabulous websites which are even better than used bookstores, haha.
