After only two days of teaching, I was exhausted yesterday afternoon. So was every other teacher I talked to. Teaching is so physically demanding being on your feet the entire day, there is no way a teacher can be prepared to be on our feet all day after having a much easier schedule during the summer. It usually takes a few weeks to get back to normal.

My classes seem nice so far. Already I have had visits in the Math Lab from several of last year’s students, plus a group of sophomores have come for some extra help. So I’m having a good time, and don’t even miss summer (too much, hehe).

Today I’m going to a student’s Classical Indian Dance debut, so that should be enjoyable, especially since it is followed by a dinner. I really love Indian food. ☺
