Tuesday is the most important election in this country since 1932 when we were in the midst of the Great Depression and the country decided it was time to turn away from the do-nothing Republican party. Currently listening: Progressive rock is not dead, just harder to find nowadays since radio stations ignore anything that is not popular and, unfortunately, lowest-denominator music. Perhaps my favorite album of this entire decade so far is the Decemberists’ The Crane Wife, which is highly recommended to any prog rock fans.
