The great Richard Thompson cd mystery!
In the mail today was a two-disk burnt cd of Richard Thompson’s Two Letter Word: Live 1994. I love Richard Thompson's music, and I have certainly talked about him in Visions of Paradise as well as on my blog. Nor is this the first time I have gotten gifts from my readers. In the past I have gotten books from Brant Kresovitch, and a burnt copy of Mike Oldfield music, among others.
But what makes this gift weirder than any others is there was no letter in it or any acknowledgment of who sent it to me. It was postmarked Cincinnati, Ohio, but nobody on my mailing list lives there. This is soooooo weird. I’ll mention it in VoP as well as here and on Facebook and see if anybody takes credit for it. If not, thank you whoever you are!
