Some questions that have been bouncing through my mind:
If a teacher is restrained from touching a student under any circumstances, why is an administrator allowed to let a student greet them by their first name, then give them a big hug in front of an entire class?
Does it make any sense for an administrator to take the two dozen worst discipline problems in the entire school for a day of fun and bonding, while all the students who actually obey the rules have to stay in school working all day?
Is somebody who has always been a mediocre teacher their entire career, and has only ever taught one type of class as well, qualified to tell better teachers how many things they are supposedly doing wrong?
Is the Peter Principle as apparent in industry as it is in education?
